I thought this book would actually be a fiction story, but it was far from it. It was a book about how to lose weight.
Frankly, I'm okay with my body and I eat pretty healthy as it is, so I don't really know why I continued reading the book if none of the information applied to me.
It originally started off pretty good and it was definitely funny. But as it went along, it started to drag. I had a hard time reading it because I would get bored easily. Usually that happens with a book if the story line doesn't hook me (fiction) or if the information is not helpful to me (nonfiction).
Overall, I thought it was pretty funny. It made me laugh a lot at certain parts in the book. But, it really didn't have anything else that I enjoyed about it (mostly because none of what Sorrels was saying applied to me in any way). I do recommend it to those who are looking for a good book about how to effectively lose weight, but not for someone looking for an entertaining read. It really is mostly just for those wanting to lose weight.
